I LOVED putting this months box together, it is definitely become one of my firm favourites!
I'm really getting into the swing of producing these little boxes of goodies now and it never gets dull!
This month I choose a vintage floral theme. If you are a Pocket & Pin customer you will know we love vintage and vintage inspired so it couldn't have been easier to put this box together.
Due to the amount of subscriptions I now have it's almost impossible to put authentic vintage items into the boxes as I just can't source the kind of quantity I need. So the next best thing for this #habdash box was vintage inspired.
I started in the normal way with my pinterest board for inspiration and built the box around it. I found some beautiful floral fabric which i had to have and I used a variation of our bestselling vintage shades felt bundle. The felt bundles in our #habdash box's are half the size of our standard 9" bundles. All full size bundles are available in our craft shop.
I introduced a new colour into the vintage felt bundle in this box. Marl Heather is a beautiful dappled soft lilac colour and sits beautifully in this bundle.
I included some timeless East of India Thin Stitch Ribbon in pale pink and some narrow cream Crochet Lace. My statement trim in this box was a Jumbo Ric Rac with a floral print. I'm waiting on a delivery of this for our craft shop so make sure you keep an eye out for it, it's a must have for any floral fan!
I added a classic twist with some traditional wooden toggles and something a little different with one of our wooden fan buttons. These are also available in blue.
The exciting news this month is that we have just been accepted to join notonthehighstreet.com.
One-off boxes in some of my favourite themes will be available to purchase exclusively via Not on the Highstreet very soon!
I will also be creating some smaller 'Craft Stash Staples' in the form of goody bags.
